Revenue 10m? Of which how much is the profit? Spend 1 dollar but take on 8.5 millions debt? Actually I don't know how to make sense of this despite reading the announcement twice. Still halt, why? Need more time to observe first.

I look at the time and sales. Morning gap down and big rush to sell but mostly small lots. Later part of the day big lots buying up. 1000 lots and 730 lots buy up at 625 for examples. There are a couple of 500 lots buying up as well. The sell down lots remain small, one 725 lots sell down and one 500 lots sell down and that' s about it. I don' t want to read too much into this but I am vested now becuase besides the take over saga, the company has recently improve its performance and there might be some upside on this alone. Standing buy to buy more if it fall below 60 cents but that' s about it. I wont keep average down. If it fall below 60 cents, one last average down and after that all I can do is wait, be it good or bad. Target average price 60 cents and after that, hold!

I sympathise with you. That's why I never ask and give stock tips from and to friends, colleagues or even relatives. We better do own home work or get ideas from forum lah. Most the most if they talk about a particular share I will just say whether I am also vested or had divested. Never ask them to buy or sell any stocks.

I really damn angry with DBS.......
Around 1 months ago, my colleague from sales department asked me whether can buy Valuetronic or not, because her broker sent her a report from AMfraser citing TP of 60cents. After doing valuation, I told this colleague of mine not to buy in and she listened. At that time the price is around 43cents and already starting to fall.
A few days later, DBS released a report citing even higher TP 72cents........price immediately shot up like some rocket.
As a result, this colleague of mine blamed me for costing her a chance to earn fat buck.......
up till now she still angry with me.....I go her department offer to buy her lunch, she also " bo hue" (never look at) me.....
Really damn upset.... she was my best friend in this company............all thanks to DBS !

Good spot. In Feb it was 20 cents. I bought it after they announced they were granted flucard patent protection. The stock was very illiquid at that time and business wasn' t that good and I only bought insignificant lots. Such is life... even factor in the latest results the stock shouldn' t run so high...wondering what' s in store and will this be another Giken?

Actually who know the real reasons? Fundamentally it shouldn't drop so much. I collected the dividend and expect it to drop and prepared to hold if it doesn't drop too much. But it did and I have divested all while still in reasonable profit plus dividend. 1q results also ok so this huge drop from 55 cents to 44.5 cents is puzzling. Company still cash rich with no debt. ICE segment still growing and more than compensate the decline in CE segment. I am sure if has chance I will buy back.

Target to hit USD1B revenue this FY. Looking good but profit margin a bit thin, as with the norm in this industry so no big deal. Gearing a bit high but shouldn' t be a problem with strong current assets. Management seems know what they are doing. I also like the fact that besides making money, the had an eye for charity work and had donated money for good cause. I am also surprised that the price actually went up after XD with big volume! Had vested and divested with some profits previously and am now re-vested! Hope can do better than first time round.

Yup the sell down was fierce, kept throwing down at 48 cents at one stage. But unlike centurion, for this counter, I think if price drop some more buyers will start to show up.

Now trading at 48.5cents....if what DBS claim is true then still got nearly 50% upside.
DBS even claimed huge amount of cash reserve and therefore a very safe investment.
LOL so attractive, sound like free money on the floor, then how come DBS is not buying? Cannot be DBS lack of fund to buy in.
