And TH also wan to sell.  None of  the management and executives sold  a single lot since May unlike some penny stockes, CEO CFO first one to sell. This tell u something right? The management have  many more shares than us. You can read in their shareholdings in annual report. Dun forget, still got hidden big guys besides CJ have not show hand if we read the annoucement carefully. It said " include" instead of " are" CJ and HT. The big guys will let the small fries go negotitate first, bang their heads then walk away  so that to press down the price. Then when a higher offer comes in, deal done. NAV is 50cents+.. which buyer will be so generous to buy at much higher premium than the current price? not much meat left i think.. cant imagine offer price to be more than $1 like some promoters here said.. since i never do homework, i dont have the right to say them wrong or what (maybe they got their basis for saying this).. but just be careful, for those silent readers that are reading the post from promoters here.. ddyod first, it' s your money..
