The signs are there. Near 52 weeks low, double bottom, a bullish reversal harami, divergences in CCI and RSI, a sterling result except for the increase in expenditures due to setting up of new centres in Malaysia and Philippines and a confirmation of higher high candlestick except for a high volume break up which might have come late due to heavier short sellings in the last few weeks.

Can understrand they want to control of the export of coal and other minerals which will be depleted over time, But why also take control of argriculture produces like palm oil etc? It appears that they wanted to share the profits and earnings of the private industries which is not a good news for investors.

Just to add for clarification. According to the description of SGX, the short selling history record published by them are the short selling marked by sellers when they sell their stock on that day. It is not considered naked short until T+2, in which time, SGX will start the buying-in and impose the penalty. Most sellers usually cover their short before T+2.

Surprisingly, not much shortselling in yesterday' s trade. Sellers must have taken seriously about the comments of some Analysts like SimplyWallstreet and took the opportunity to manipulate and sell down during ex-date. The Analysts are warning people about the dilution due to many recent placement exercies and the lowering of profit margin.

There is no telling in the announcement that the result was audited or not audited. This happened also in other ISDN' s financial reports. If has been audited, thenon can assume the figures are genuine. The price action suggested that there was price manipulatioin in the past 2 weeks. Someone could have known the result before and pumped the price up and then started dumping just before the result was announced. What will happen next is something to watch.
