Mr Sim' s OSIM can play from 7 cents to $2.50 ( now lower i think....) why can' t Mr Lee' s Ezra  play from 10.5 cents to $1.00

YES....you must, after XR the share price will adjust lower.

you can also sell your entitlement to the market when it  listing

Instead of faster cut loss, alot ppl gian peng the rights. Now will be stuck for a very long time. Imagine the money can be redirected to other better performing stocks.

My friend bought 20 lots at 55c....told her to sell after xr if price.ok to her...and use the money to fund the right issues.....and apply excess if she got extra cash......her $11000 become 40lots.....maybe better chances to recover back..maybe...also give.her the options to sell.her 38 lots right shares....if she dont wan to touch money shares.......sell 37 lots right shares and use the money to buy 1 lot and many lots of excess......the whole intention is stay invest in.ezra without taking out extra money...cheers for my lousy suggestion..lol

Good and bad......good is that shareholders "pay less"......bad is that xr lower...around 17c and may head towards 10.5c........and may need share consolidation.....maybe 5 to 1....a lots of investors hopes for 50c will come true at a heavy price........maybe only...

Rights issues not approved yet, so cannot put up CR. After EGM, and if approved, CR will start. So should be 2 days wed & thu, 24 & 25 Jun. 26 is the XR..

YES if Lional' s family can get Ah Gong  or Sumsung Heavy Industrial to back up then will be differ story otherwise base on Lional family' s wealth ( already down 50% ) not easy to corner shortists

Remember olam case? Whole world thought that mother shares price will tumble after xr but instead it shot up. Price only dropped after a few days. Caught shortists by surprise. Of course I m not saying it will happen to Ezra because olam has temasek as backer but Ezra doesn't have. Lol. Good luck

as per Adik Hallluyah , 25 Jun is the last day cum RIGHT so 26 Jun to 20 Jul is the cooling day for you to think whether you want to sub the rights... LOL

20 Jul last day for acceptance and payment mean your application form and payment must reach CDP before their cut of date and time of 20 July.

if you apply thru the application form and make payment via Cashier Order make sure you post to CDP 3 days before the cut off date . if via ATM best is one day before in case  the  ATM suddenly down on the closing date : )

they mentioned it earlier not more than 50% of the parent share price ....

say if 40% on $0.30 = $0.18 per right  ---  estimate only ...
