Usually from past trend, share price will tends towards issue price right? like yellow page issue price 5 cents, share price slowly dropped from 7+ cents towards 5 cents.. LOL 20 Jul last day for acceptance and payment mean your application form and payment must reach CDP before their cut of date and time of 20 July. if you apply thru the application form and make payment via Cashier Order make sure you post to CDP 3 days before the cut off date . if via ATM best is one day before in case  the  ATM suddenly down on the closing date : )
