Sometimes, we need to understand that there is Noob (Buysellbuysell) in the forum who misrepresent & twist facts about Tamasek 67% NOL Shares. Buysellbuysell acted smart by not understanding the article but stated his own sell call on behalf of Tamasek through misinterpreting article & give a lot of own Noob opinion (which does not represent Tamasek View) in the opposite direction.

Though Buysellbuysell had been defeated by my MMP (SinoConstruction) Prediction, which had ended, multiple times repeatedly which may contributes to his head wires in poor referencing of reading a simple article. Therefore, I cannot blame him for his Noobness.

Bro....unlike shares market buy sell buy sell within 1 min , 1 day or 1 month .....

property market need a lot of plan and cosiderate, more over mojority of Singrean only own one hourse how could they sell on panic ? where can they stay after they sold their property ?

panic sell only apply to you and me and those who own more than one property bah ....

Once stock market crash, property market can't hold at all.

Interest rate up and up singapore property loan is 2 to 2.5% now, may increase further, even cooling measurement lifted, will only accelerate the melt down.

Why? Once lifted, in 1 month time, don't see transaction and volume still low, price come down, next month, all rush to sell and cause property market collapse within very short time.

If u are buyer, if you see price dropping will u buy or hold for a while for cheaper?

If you are seller if you see price dropping will you sell at lower price to get rid of it since the lower it drop, the harder to find refinance for the loan, especially a lot has dropped 10 to 20% further down, valuation lower than loan value, banks will hunt back to ask for more interest and repayment.

Property massive drop is on the way.

Don need to worry so much, it part of the economy cycle. We just went back to square 1 when global governments are trying to raise global demand through currency devaluation and this shit had been in play for nearly 40 years lead by America. It is just another cycle turning it course and winner are those that can stand and take paper losses, loser are those over-stretched their limit and had no mean to hold. By the way oil would crash down to 30 before any stabilisation is expected so get ready for at least 2 weeks of wild ride in STI index. After all this drama, growth stocks would take the lead in pushing STI while defensive stock would sideline, it part and parcel of economy cycle. Anyway left or right NOL is up for sale by temasek, just wait for the divestment news and nothing much to trade/short due to uncertainty in market. By 1Q16 NOL should be no longer in STI and delisted so maybe we should brainstorm which stock gona be the new champion to drive growth after US raise rate, personnelly i like those with exposure to US market and deal primarily in US dollars, ST eng, Venture etc are just some of pick but wait for the market to settle down before buying. STI gona drop to 2800 in next few weeks, hold tight and stay strong.

how you know is only short sellers cover position not real long buyers punch in more NOL shares ?

NOL going against all odds todays and post 5% gain when everybody are in the red over china slow down. Maybe the short sellers last few weeks got wind of something big gona happen and all covered their short position before they all get caught. Let see tomorrow if further short covering occurs and as usual don touch touch ship till the coast is clear. Traps are laid all over SGX and any misstep u lose money. Last of all All the big players are exiting asiapacifc market don matter if making money or losing , they all drop like fly in the stock market. So for NOL, just take note since it closed at the highest price today and up to now no news leaking out from eith WSJ or other source to justify it.

Bro, dun think the market going to crash.....

The devalue of CNY is just China declares financial war with USA. The global economic is not as bad as those Western described. I don' t understand why people can accept Western econ grow from 0.5 to 1 pct but cannot accept China' s econ slower than 7 pct but still above 6 pct. It s all about USA cannot accept China overtake them. Just look at previously how Japan become USA' s the biggest creditor and eventually they whack down Japan for over 20 years and now they are going to do the same to China. I doubt they can and has the capability to whack China like what they did to Japan ........

Devalue will be good if market is near bottom. Market is still at mid-peak level, devalue just imply china economic is getting worse, so market crash.

Among casino in US and SG market, Genting price getting attractive with their strong balance sheet. Majority casino companies listed in US like wynn, lvs and etc involved big billion projects in Macau which are heavily debted and their earning from those good timing all go to luxury dividend payment.

Only during the bad time, we can see which company is more sustainable in the same industry, in short term, downtrend may still continue, but in long term, Genting is safe to buy and keep at price range between 60 to 80.

Buy in batches will be the strategy to go.

Ezra and Ezion are not bluechips. What i worry the most is they will sink with low trading volume and disappear from hot stock list. Then, it will take many many many years to recover like those Construction Stock, even good result, also not moving up.
