x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	ship in stealth mode, moving steady north while other stay away amid fear of fed rate hike. Most likely Friday US job data would give ship another jolt of power to move toward it historical trading band of 1.0X P/B. Currently it is at 0.6X P/B , so got long long way to move north before it hit the ceiling. But the NOL sale might surprised us once and again as did all it divestment news. SHip got potential to upset and surprised market, now just need to be very quiet and move steady while other are fearful. Slowly slowly moving unnoticed by market till it break ice.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Just wait for the NOL sale to be finalised loh since currently no interest on ship due to uncertainty in global growth. Low freight rate and low oil price, both cancel each other out so it is all down to individual carrier to do network optimisation and improve yield. More liner consolidation on the card when decision on cosco / cscl merger is make known then hehe other state owned carrier would follow though. High chance NOL would be swallowed up by japanese again, japanese is biggest buyer nowaday since they got cheap and unlimited credit with zero interest in access. Japanese can pay over more than 50% of Olam NAV to grab 20% of share holding, this really show how much they willing to fork out. Don count on European / China interest in ship since both countries got their own shit and credit is limited for acquisition. Last time  Temasek try to privatisate NOL with  20% premium over it NAV but still fail, end up spending over US$2B increasing their holding from 30% to 65% through  open market purchase and right issues. That meant temasek base  asking price price for the 65% NOL stake most likely is above US$2B and explain why there is no takers, all trying to buy cheap cheap. The 8 container terminal asset owned by NOL if could be separetely spin off and sold would  enhance the NAV and lower debt further more but look like NOL did not wanna part with their asset and instead opting to sell off the whole group at premium.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	nothing to trade, volume low and bb all staying away till the uncertainty about fed rate hike is cleared. what hurts stock market is the big uncertainty and not much about the bad news flowing out since stock always move in anticipation of furture growth. Fed better clear up this rate hike thing, market had been preparing for 2 years for this shit and they cannot keepdelaying it. Hike it and end the uncetainty, players would come back then market would be good.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	hapad llord returned to the black with 181mil in 1H 2015, this again proven that merger would result in positive result currently as more cost saving and elimination of unprofitable unit helps a lot. When COSCO and CSCL announced merger, braced urself for NOL divestment as shipping liners see the benefit of merger through hapad llord case. Next in line would be japanese liners merger i guess lol. All the state owned liners going for divestment or merger to be profitable

Bunker oil crashing almost to US200 it just $8 before it break it. Peak season for crude oil over and soon we should see oil crashing down to WTI US$30 and brent US$35. Brace urself for the huge wave ahead, ship might move up or down strongly. 2015 is the year of major stock correction then we see growth coming back in 2016, enjoy the ride and sleep well.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	O now u acting as analyst and put on a sell recommendation lol. Temasek put up NOL stake of 67% for US$2B and ask citibank to broker it while rejecting propective buyer bid. That is before the 2Q result is out and most likely it going to be higher due to improved profit margin after elimination of unprofitable tradelane and low oil price. From Temasek ask price of US$2B, it work out to be $1.60 per share for it 67% stake hold, the buyer most likely had to cough up US$3B + to take over NOL which i think few carriers got the financial muscle to do it except for maesrk line and japanese  carriers. Also could be privatised by temasek too since they got way lot of ammo stored up to carry out the buyout. NOL is not attractive without APL, saddled with debt and very low margins on shipping. you can buy probably if you wanna go against the flow. but you may only see paper for quite some time.
