Not almost..... it did hit an intra day high of $4.57 on 16 April 2015, its historic all time high.....
its highest closing was $4.53, a day before on 15 April 2015..... I don' t know what chart the other bro is using, but in 2016 and 2017, many times it did hit over $4.00, with the highest $4.36 done on 20 July 2016......
That time there was not much news developments, most times was centred on dividend payouts, and government news.....now is totally different especially with so much developments and gangsters involvement ......that' s why I said,the current price is totally undervalued..... black market already has its target revised to $3.80...... but please dyoddd, gangsters talk a lot when they drink too much.....
