Really depends on what they use this working capital for. As a retailer, if they see an increase in sales, they need increase in working capital to pay for the inventory

however, it could also be sales are bad and they need additional working capital to pay salaries to ensure biz can continue

Personally I don't think because of the result that cause the sell down today.

1. The whole market was mostly in red except a few counter, sheng song went up strong.

Your behavior sounds like you going to be the first to ditch the ship when there is slight downward movement...if you so confident, why not spend another $1k to grab early hahah? Buying at 0.9 may possibly mean you will earn $1k more just in case you can' t get at 0.8 if it goes to 0.9/1... if you so confident, likelihoood of the later is higher isn' t it?
