Young Chng also may not have the knowledge of this industry, so perhaps a compromise is for him to be an employee to learn the trade first and have an eye on the company operations to make sure dad money won't disappear.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	coy is seeking legl advice .  they have already reconstituted the board committees to comply with sgx listing which means to    convene egm or not depend on the advice given by the legal adviser.  afterall the two directors were voted out by legally .  placements are not nec. bad if place out to the right parties. Company&rsquo s Response The Company has appointed TKQP as its Legal Adviser, and is currently taking legal advice and considering the matters stated in the Requisition Notice. The Company will update its shareholders by no later than 25 May 2021 whether the Board will be convening the Requested EGM in accordance with the timelines prescribed under the Act.
