PMI indicator is always the lead economic indicator and Retail sales indicator will usually follow PMI with about 2 months' lag. If we see a lower retail sales figure, it means the factory activities have already slowed down by 2 months as evidenced by manufacturing production

Hard to judge if they are fundamentally sound as the TV' s record is incomplete with many quarterly figures missing. The Annual fighres shows that this counter has negative Net Income and Free Cash Flow most of the time, which does not sound good.
