Not cheaper, but Singtel is much much more UNDERVALUED by the market compared to Starhub.
I think Singtel has more potential to grow than Starhub.
But starhub is here to stay and will provide valuable competition to other Telcos here.

Sold out at 125 to switch into Singtel.
I still think Starhub is cheap but Singtel is much (much) cheaper. And as far as I can see the recent runup due to Ensign speculation is not warranted as I wrote previously.
