Proposed total FY 2025 distribution of approx. 47 cents per Keppel share, up
38% from FY 2024, comprising:
o Ordinary cash dividends of 34 cts/share: Proposed final cash dividend of
19 cts/share, on top of interim cash dividend of 15 cts/share paid in August 2025.
o Special dividend of approx. 13 cts/share: Comprises cash of 2 cts/share, and
dividend in-specie of 1 Keppel REIT unit for every 9 Keppel shares held, which is
equivalent to approx. 11 cts/share7 based on Keppel REIT?s closing market price of
$0.98 on 3 February 2026.

Yes agree with you. I started Tbills about 2+ years ago from about 5% till now 1.4%. Fixed deposit with banks now only 1.35% for 3 months. Now i placed fixed deposit with bank of China in US dollars for 3 months at 3.55%.

How is the STI Index going to reach 6000 pts with the projected TPs for their favourite stocks being just 10% higher than their current prices? These stocks need to have their TPs raised by 50% if 6000 pts for STI is going to be reached which will make them way overvalued. JBMorgan revised to STI index to 6,500 points. Most of the above already climb to sky high.. More miracles to come Good Luvk to all.. My cny wish for Keppel giving out generous dividends plus freebies announced next week on Feb 5th.
