Galaxy is a producer while Alliance isnt yet.
But Galaxy Mt Cattlin and Alliance Bald Hill production will be roughly the same once Alliance goes into production Q1 2018.
And Alliance can produce higher grade than Galaxy.

The upside of this stock is very good, considering the price was low, very low in fact, before the push till now.
But, I just put it in my monitoring list and never buy it till date.
The main reason:
I have never see any other counter that halt or suspend its trade as often as this one.
So, it really stop me from wanting to put my funds in it.
Perhaps it is a wasted chance. But, I do not want unforeseen situation to happen.
Good luck to all vested.
Make more, and you have my blessings too.
But, it's not my counter of choice, with 70% of my funds already in a very unpredictable Sino Grandness, this one is definitely out of my portfolio.

I only wanted to point out that if announcement not immediate that people should not jump to conclusion because if they need a day or so between achieving a final agreement and getting the fine print down done with lawyers then it may be needed. We not privy to the negotiations for not known to us if they do need to prepare a legal agreement first or not.
But if drags more than day or so then let the wolves out on highlighting a PR failure. But hopefully they avoid it this time. Fingers crossed |

There may be other moving parts in this than just AMAL and the sponsors preparing the annoucement. So it may or may not take little longer. Assuming they were negotiating something, then one may need to consider they (a) reached a verbal agreement, (b) then the lawyers iron out/prepare formal documents, (c) then they sign it, and then (d) formal announcement. Between time of verbal agreement till formal announcement one would hope that announcement is being prepared and verified at same time any legal issues ironed out. But with anything legal getting the fine print done can always cause a delay.
We are to privy to the negotiations, what legal documents need to be finalized, documents signed and lodged etc which will go on behind closed doors before we get a formal announcement. Even if announcement is easy to prepare, the legal stuck could cause some slow steps. Just need some patience as we not prixy to all going on. But hopefully from past lessons they do not drag it |

| as with anything else, both amal and the sponsors must ensure that everything is expeditious and accorded importance at this critical juncture. halts should not be extensively lengthly when unwarranted, it will incite only more unnecessary anxiety and assumptions. pls do your best and learnt from the past lessons... |
