Wouldn't say that but I think it would be a gradual process. Catalyst within 1 year when first oil produced. GSS's advantage is the low cost of production and either Indon national oil company as ready buyer.

Investors are typically weary about exploration risks for oil. In GSS case Trembul area has proven reserves and there are already production in this area by other oil companies.
Their current revenue and profits come from their plastics business so this effectively has not included the potential from oil business. At current PE, they are priced on the lower end compared to their peers. Typically 1Q is the weakest quarter for plastic business. So we can expect better ramp up in subsequent quarters. Buying at current level is just paying for GSS precision engineering business.
When GSS does hit the first barrel, it should be up for re-rating to include the oil business. With the tech industry doing well now, their precision engineering arm should continue to do well. And the big bonus will come when they go into oil production in 4Q.

a positive article by NextInsight  after they attended the 1Q briefing recently - with interesting updates on both the precision engineering and oil businesses.
the oil reserves are conservatively valued at US$75m while industry peers are trading at an average of 15.5x PE, they are only trading at 7x PE.

Always false breakout to trap bull. Hahah
I am sharing my positive view on GSS but likely I will stop posting too often once I collected my desired amount of shares😬
