One of the directors bought Huge chunk if shares at 16.8 cents about 2 yrs back
Independant auditor issues a Disclaimer of Opinion.
" We do not express an opinion on the consolidated financial statements of Blackgold Natural Resources Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) and its subsidiaries (the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) and the balance sheet of the Company. Because of the significance of the matters described in the &ldquo Basis for Disclaimer of Opinion&rdquo section of our report, we have not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion on these financial statements."
Hope it is not going the way of Resources Prima.

Just saw this in their reply to SGX concerning the sudden resignation of a senior management member.
The Company&rsquo s Independent Auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the &ldquo Auditor&rdquo ) will be issuing their report (the &ldquo Independent Auditor&rsquo s Report&rdquo ) on the financial statements of the Group and the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 (&ldquo FY2018&rdquo ) (the &ldquo Financial Statements&rdquo ), containing a disclaimer of opinion relating to the going concern assumption and impairment of deposits and prepayments, property, plant and equipment and mining properties of the Group and investment in subsidiary of the Company. The Independent Auditor&rsquo s Report and the Financial Statements will form part of the Company&rsquo s Annual Report for FY2018 (the &ldquo 2018 Annual Report&rdquo ). Shareholders are advised to read the Independent Auditor&rsquo s Report and the 2018 Annual Report in their entirety. The Company is currently working on the finalization of the 2018 Annual Report, which will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company (the &ldquo Shareholders&rdquo ) in due course. Subject to sending out notice and dispatch of 2018 Annual Report by 15 November 2019, the Company targets to hold the annual general meeting for FY2018 (&ldquo AGM&rdquo ) on 2 December 2019.

Application to delay AGM rejected again. Administratively BGN seems to be in a mess. Let' s hope it does not get suspended by SGX.
