4.1 is in theory. CLIM may not command its NAV when listed. Right now 3.50. Will be a bit volatile I think when it resumes.

The reits stay as they are lah. Merging them is crazy.
CLIM replaces CL only. So the property development side is now private. All CL SH becomes CL reits/investment arm' s SH.

Yes in their presentation CL is 100% privately held after the restructuring.
It will hold CL Development (privately held) + CLIM (CL Investment Management - reits stuff)

Capitaland being privatised?
I thought they want to set up a new Integrated REIT Command & Control Centre to optimise management of all their REITs?
Which I thought was one of the objective of merging CMT and CCT to form CICT. 
I dont like this idea of one Super REIT to manage all their REITs.
I prefer to have more REITs.. one for each sector.
That way we can have more REITs to choose to park money in.
Having their China sector and North Asia sector REITs all lumped together with their local REITs means when the China side
and North Asia side are weak in earnings, it will drag down overall performance of the super REIT. 
Hope this is not what they intend to do.

1 mamasan = 1 CLIM (NAV 2.823) + 0.951 Cash + some CICT shares
So CICT shares will be distributed to CapLand SH.
CLIM will be listed and CL privatised.
That' s my understanding now.

I am still trying to understand the whole thing. To me Capitaland is being privatised. But I am not sure why only CICT has distribution. The rest as per normal.
