of cos no shit. becos all the shit is in your mouth lor. my advise to you is to follow the next steps:
Step 1: Spit the shit out of your mouth.
Step 2: Wash your mouth with dettol.
Step 3: Write something beneficial so all of us can benefit and learn. instead of flaming and flaming.

before i start, remember, one man' s meat is another man' s poison. these are my thoughts after some research hor. reading through this thread can see two factions against yuuzoo. one is short faction. the other is buay song faction. so flame-off mode ok.
before I kick off, there is something that I keep seeing. ppl saying that yuuzoo got only 10 download, 100 download etc. Understand that most users, especially in countries like Nigeria are using desktop due to connection speeds for 3g/4g/wifi. I bet this is also the case for yuuvillage in india. the title already got the word village leh, lol.
so, lets start with nigeria, as i attended the nigerian seminar quite recently.
1. LOTTO .
for me, the biggest question was the lotto story. why there is no update, have they started, so many questions i had. talked to one very tall ang moh from yuuzoo. the good news is they have the licence to run the lotto gaming. they are also getting the licence for online version too. they also have the physical lotto machines. so, where is the revenue i asked. he replied that it is not easy doing this type of business in africa ( i personally think any kind of business in africa, after talking to the other companies that were present there). he also said that there are alot of challenges, from the ground level and they have been gaining momemtum in solving these issues. when you have physical machines, you need to find shops. when you find shops, you need to make sure they are trustworthy (nigeria leh). when you get both, you must find runners to manage the collection. most of these runners need to be managed by a tough hand. and then there was the authorities. everything moves at a snail' s pace in africa. from incorporation of a company (2-3 months), getting a bank account (1-2 months) to getting the licence (tan kuku months). by the time they get all these done, it took a year (that is actually fast, considering yuuzoo is quite new to the nigerian scene. this was confirmed by some executive from another company whom has a strong presence in Nigeria, some group name Ram or something). after toiling to get this done, the licence needs to be renewed.  I hear this already pengsan liao. But the good news is, this will be launched in the next 2 months. In 2016, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that Nigerians spend  ₦ 1.8 billion daily on betting (https://techpoint.ng/2017/04/28/nigerian-tech-missing-lotto-industry/). On one hand I don&rsquo t believe that the money will start pouring in like crazy from get-go, but I do believe there will be money.

2. ETISALAT
you need to first know the name of the platform. because I was asking etisalat, etisalat. he kept saying sme arena. so the story is etisalat (a large telco in Nigeria) and yuuzoo went into a partnership to build a platform called sme arena (https://www.smearena.com.ng/) .It is not only an ecommerce platform like Jumia or Konga (pls google to understand these two companies), but this sme arena caters to the business mindset of the nigerians (remember the emails we used to get. I am prince so-so and my money is stuck in cayman islands&hellip lol). Soooo, tall ang moh say that the launched a some business framework that does incubation as well. and Etisalat drives this to corner the B2B market. so yuuzoo build and maintain the platform and etisalat markets it. So my main question again, where is the money? Apparently, there has been some e-commerce revenue, not a lot but a start. the soft launch was last year but this month, they have launched version 2 with different avenues for revenue. it is not easy to be tied up with a telco of etisalat&rsquo s magnitude. they definitely would have done their dd. so there is value in yuuzoo. and like what I clain, yuuzoo is just misunderstood.

NTA (Nigerian Television Authority)
the actual platform name is weconnect (http://www.weconnect.ng/fansconnect/wall). yuuzoo also partnered here the Mediacorp of Nigeria. and they created a platform which is based on networks for tv shows. the first tv show, which is launched, is a football show. the name of the show is fansconnect. this show is jointly produced by nta and yuuzoo and another company (dunno the name) more than 8 or 9 episodes aired liao. if you create an account on the site you can access the football shows. show is abt EPL, spanish football and others. apparently they are close to bringing on sports betting for the platform. and where will the money come from? advertising, sponsorships, betting and ecoomerce sales. the program is broadcasted live on national tv, so good potential. here are some links of the commercials:

RCCG (Redeemed Christian Church of God)
the actual platform name is http://www.bredeemed.com/ . Now, this is a religious network of churches and people. yuuzoo has created a platform which transforms each church into a network. and they coupled that with a live VOD platform that supports mobile devices too. tall ang moh said the challenges here was getting through all the churches and before that the approval from the 9 layers of management. If you have dealt with religious organizations as a vendor, you might know the hassle I am referring to. so, rccg got presence in 196 countries. I quickly went and check on facebook and found out that they have couple of parishes across our border, in JB even. so I ask, how you make money, being a church and all that. tall ang moh joked that church goers also need to eat, brush teeth and do other dailies. they need to buy things also. and the ecommerce offering will be based on group buying.
CONCLUSION
I think these ARE real businesses, just taking some time to develop before the cash starts coming in. so I thanked tall ang moh for his answers and said that yuuzoo got some guts to do business in africa. and why do I say that? during the seminar, yuuzoo was one of the speakers on the dais. together with age old empires that were doing business in Africa. now that means something. It is always easy to type some things into these forum walls. But as an investor or a soon to be investor, you really need to do proper dd. I am interested in investing so I will always do tons of research.

businesses take time to cook...... if you see alibaba story it had such   humbling beginnings with the team working from home on negative earnings.. THe food is cooking slow and cooking well in yuuzoo and by 2018 we will know where this company is heading it is either a fortune maker which started with the humble beginnings of a success multibagger.

for me, the biggest question was the lotto story. why there is no update, have they started, so many questions i had. talked to one very tall ang moh from yuuzoo. the good news is they have the licence to run the lotto gaming. they are also getting the licence for online version too. they also have the physical lotto machines. so, where is the revenue i asked. he replied that it is not easy doing this type of business in africa ( i personally think any kind of business in africa, after talking to the other companies that were present there). he also said that there are alot of challenges, from the ground level and they have been gaining momemtum in solving these issues. when you have physical machines, you need to find shops. when you find shops, you need to make sure they are trustworthy (nigeria leh). when you get both, you must find runners to manage the collection. most of these runners need to be managed by a tough hand. and then there was the authorities. everything moves at a snail' s pace in africa. from incorporation of a company (2-3 months), getting a bank account (1-2 months) to getting the licence (tan kuku months). by the time they get all these done, it took a year (that is actually fast, considering yuuzoo is quite new to the nigerian scene. this was confirmed by some executive from another company whom has a strong presence in Nigeria, some group name Ram or something). after toiling to get this done, the licence needs to be renewed.

Always remember. business takes time to cook. and if cooked well and once the &ldquo food&rdquo is ready to sell, you will make money.

nicely put that like putting on a thinking cap of an investor.....what are your thoughts on the growing assets from 20 million in 2012 to over 137 million in 2016?   every thing tells me alibaba is cooking from the revenues to profits, to networth, to roe , growting assets, growing reserves, growing EPS, .... there is a lot of honey here yet to tapped .. a hidden gem indeed   I bought in small lots today as an investor to go long   ... Price to earning is only 1.37 and   price to book only 0.343   thats one of the cheapest super discounted value scrip avaiable on mainboard sgx
