RESUMPTION OF TRADING

The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of Yamada Green Resources Limited (the ?Company?, and together
with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) is pleased to announce that following the Company s resubmission of
its application for resumption of trading of the Company s shares on 11 November 2021, SGX has on 18
March 2022 replied to the Company as follows:
SGX has no objection to the Company's application for the resumption of trading, subject to the following
conditions:-

1. The Company appointing a Singapore-based Chief Financial Officer, with strong experience in
finance, and the proposed appointment is to be approved by SGX
2. Audit review on the Company's financial statements for the half-year ended 31 December 2021 to
be performed by the Company's current statutory auditor, Foo Kon Tan LLP ("FKT") and
3. The Company performing quarterly reporting and all financial statements released by the
Company on a quarterly basis is to be reviewed by FKT

The Company has fulfilled the above requirements and SGX has on 27 May 2022 informed the Company
that it may resume trading on 1 June 2022.
The Company will be making a request to resume trading after market closes on 31 May 2022.

Yamada Green Resources allowed to resume trading on June 1
YAMADA Green Resources said on Saturday (May 28) that the Singapore Exchange (SGX) has informed the company that it may resume trading on June 1.
 
In March this year, SGX had informed the company that it had no objection to the company&rsquo s application for the resumption of trading, subject to certain conditions.
 
The conditions include the appointment of a Singapore-based chief financial officer, with the proposed appointment to be approved by SGX and for Yamada Resources to perform quarterly reporting, with all financial statements released to be reviewed by the company&rsquo s statutory auditor, Foo Kon Tan.
 
The China-based mushroom supplier said it has fulfilled the requirements, and it will be making a request to resume trading after market closes on May 31.

How many singapore retail investors actually got stuck in this counter after so many years under suspension?

Has the authorities here do anything to investigate the circumstances or to seek a de-listing?

 Alert Admin 		Yamada Green requested for trading suspension after fire in a truck destroyed certain financial documents and IT/computer hardware being transported.Consequently, the group applied for a time extension to release its FY17 results and hold its AGM. 

The shiitake mushroom farmer had earlier flagged a loss for 4QFY17 and FY17, blaming unfavourable factors such as bad weather, rising labour costs and slowdown in China' s economy.

This is not the first time S-chip companies reported such incidents. In one case, the truck transporting financial files went missing and in another case, the finance department mysteriously caught fire.
