x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Any followers of this sleepy stock? One of the few on SGX that trades below its net cash value. Market cap at $23m while net cash and cash equivalents (holding financial instruments) are at $34m. Operating business is profitable and free cash flow positive. Pays a consistent div of 0.5c which gives it about 3.6% div yield. Trying to get a sense if this is a value trap or value to be unlocked. Any views most appreciated, thanks.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	AP Oil on the verge of turnaround. One of its subsidiaries is direct manufacturer of disinfectants, detergents and hand sanitizers. CNA 9.38 says such companies are seeing a swell in demand of 400%. Company is cash rich and paying 0.75 ordinary dividend which translates to 4.3% dividend yield. Do own due diligence.

Look deeper and you will see the real story aside from valutions. n3wbie      ( Date: 11-Jun-2017 15:09) Posted: seems like quite a gem and really nothing much to lose at present valuations. currently trading at 0.7x PB but market cap is presently at abou $42m (net cash position is $38+m with no debt) operating cash flow positive for the last 8 years and profitable despite oil price crash over the last two years. so essentially you are pretty much buying into their cash now and getting the profitable business and its assets for free. large margin of safety really. of which, they have been paying out dividends since 2010 (yield as of last year was about 4.7%).
