x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Semb marine is a sinking ship and it desparately needs Temasek' s help and support, if not will end up like Hyflux. Still this TA_Expert aka better keep urging everyone to veto, thats why i sick of his action and i would urge him to sell off his Semb marine shares if he think the deal is lousy, instead of coming here to spread the harmful idea of VETOing the deal. By voting for the deal, both SCI and SCM will both benefit from the demerger. And if u think i am a BIG buyer then i very flattered :) Do I sound like a BB? How I wish to be a BB then  can retire and enjoy my $$$. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Exactly there is only one user who wants to VETO the deal so much that he disguise himself using a new account id. That guy TA_Expert is using a new id " better" now. Then there are others who keep cursing SCM and says SCM is lousy etc.. Since  TA_Expert hate the deal so much and others keep saying SCM is letting them down etc, I would suggest  stop complaining and sell their holdings in Semb Marine lo and switch to other better counters... Dun understand why need to come here complain these complain, if not happy just sell SCM lo.. I also suggest if they think the deal is only good for SCI, then sell SCM and switch to SCI lo.. they get to  have SCI and get back theire SCM for free.. so in  a way they have best of both worlds although technically SCM shares are not really " free" . We, our Keppel or Jurong or Sembawang have already lost their game plan in these sunset industries. Look at the order books of Sembcorp Marine. As SCM share holder myself, i would say please hold on to it and dont cut loss at this stage (while the light in the tunnel is almost at the horizon already), many of us have been holding it for yearly anyways - give it a few more month please!!!! Have fath!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Just a reminder: If u want to sell SCM, 1) Please do it BEFORE XR (Ex right). OR 2) Do it after XR, but please remember to sell the rights given to u for free  (5 rights to every 1 share u have) too when the rights starts trading. Temasek will underwrite those rights that are not subscribe by shareholders. So if u dun sell your rights, you will suffer alot becos XR, the share price will drop to about 25 cents. Bad for keppel while for SMM, depends on how much Keppel offers to SMM shareholders. Days of making supernormal profits of oil is over. No more glory to work in oil & gas sector.
