Once it cross over 20 cents, each tick is 0.5 cents not 0.1 cents. Lets hope it can maintain above 20 cents, for a better and brighter future.

Agree ! When is the AGM ? Let us retail investors show them .... This is very unfair.. recently all the delisting... some below NTA... when they listed.. multiples of NTA ... SGX watchdog not watching... maybe if they cannot do the job, better get a independent watchdog tat have teeth ! |

Strongly agree. If can, do attend this year AGM. Let see how sharesholders react when they attend the AGM in a few months time.

If you have attended last year AGM& EGM, you will see how the sharesholders terkan the directors. Even independant directors were not spare.

They did state that it was their intention to retain the listing status of the shares. I guess they just want more control (50%) over the company. |

Seems to me like an unethical deal. The owners are trying to gain control at a cheap price. i will,hold & not sell to them. if NTA is 27 cent, and off error offers 1.7 to 2 times NTA, will consider to sell |

NTA = 27c, Mandatory Offer = 17c, last transacted price is 15.2c (17 April) It states that the offer is 11.84% above the transacted price, but it not state that the offered price is 37% below NTA. Highest closing price was 18.2c on 30 April and 2 May. Today' s closing price is 17.7c. Looks like the minority shareholders are not protected by SGX. |
