wow, so much hatred for him ar? but to keep enticing others to buy by posting the spot btc prices and implying the co relationship btw smi and btc prices is downright despicable lor. lol, the other one that he keeps instigating others to buy is clearbridge, he has 11 M shs wor, lol and keep giving untealistic tp such as clearbridge will become a 10 bagger, really misleading hor. and many others in betwn, now aggressively promoting Rex, muhahaha sincerely hope that his followers are well aware of his unethical antics.😭

Ask that 黑 心 promoter lor. When people keep highlighting there is no real digital coins biz. Only forward looking PRs by company, and as evidenced by company financial statements - NO digital coin biz and revenue at all. But this promoter still continues to promote SMI, linking it to Bitcoins. Not just once, but year after year. He will get his retribution, sooner or later. |

Vote to delist SMI Vantage without an exit offer passed at EGM.
SMI Vantage shareholders have voted in favour to approve the proposed delisting of the company and the company securities from the official list of the exchange without an exit offer at an EGM on March 10.
The resolution to approve the delisting received an 80.25% number of votes, while 19.746% voted to pass the resolution.
SMI Vantage first announced its delisting from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) last August, after the SGX-ST rejected its application for a further extension of time to meet the requirements to be removed from the SGX watch-list.
SMI Vantage was rejected as there are no &lsquo extenuating reasons&rsquo to grant a further extension of time.
&ldquo In coming to its decision, the SGX-ST had noted, among others, the company&rsquo s continuing net loss position after it was placed on the watch-list, as well as its low and decreasing market capitalisation which was at $13.86 million as at July 30,&rdquo it adds.

Hello May I ask if there are any minority shareholders of SMI Vantage remaining in this forum? I wanted to find out if there might be some interest to start a discussion group to discuss how best to approach the EGM and the recent announcements I' ve been engaging with SGX RegCo on the compliance with their listing rules but it is apparent they are not able to do anything to mandate an exit offer by the company or its majority shareholders despite the company announcing that they will comply before delisting. Do send me a message directly? Thank you |
