This company built not one but two international 5-Star hotel and resort at cost, they did not acquire up-and-running ones at market prices. If they had spent a total cost of around S$70m to build both buildings and to setup the two businesses to operational statuses and if the total market value for these two assets is $150m currently - It means that Adventus will have a huge increase of $40,800,000 in Net Asset Value soon (51% of $80m because Adventus only owns 51% of both assets). Share price of Adventus is currently still at its lowest point in the last 2.5 years. Soon, share price will adjust upwards to reflect the huge increase in Net Asset Value and new revenue streams.
