If they had spent a total cost of around S$70m to build both buildings and to setup the two businesses to operational statuses and if the total market value for these two assets is $150m currently - It means that Adventus will have a huge increase of $40,800,000 in Net Asset Value (51% of $80m because Adventus only owns 51% of both assets). Share price of Adventus is currently still at its lowest point in the last 2.5 years.
