The market has not priced in this company&rsquo s upcoming big change in fundamental yet. - Zero revenue for past years, price dropped to current low. - Constructions of their own international 5-Star hotel and 5-Star resort are finally completed and both are planned to be opened in Dec or Jan. Revenue of company will jump from Zero in the past years to between $8,000,000 to $13,000,00 yearly calculated based on only 50% to 80% occupancy rate. - Apart from a big jump in revenue, Net Asset Value of the company will also increase significantly by at least $15,000,000(conservatively) because the company built the hotel and resort at construction cost instead of buying ready ones at high cost. |
