In DBS online account, you could give instructions for the matured T bill money to be credit to CPF OA account as per these steps: #1. Click on " Invest" tab #2. Under " manage investments" click on " Refund to CPF Board" Hope that helps. |

Basecase if u want to invest tbill using cpfoa you will need to apply in person at bank. You will need cpfis account first.
Just remember to ask the bank staff 😁 . My is ocbc, uob or dbs might be different.

I did many times for my cpfia stocks investment, sold stock 3 days later you can transfer the money back to cpf online. I will try online for tbill. But thats day when i was at ocbc applying for tbill using cpfia, the bank officer told me this refund can only be done manually at atm machine.

Ocbc will initiate refund 2 days b4 1st of mth, so that cpf gets the fund exactly on 1st...so loss at all both starting and refunding mths 👍

Example starts 1st nov22, so nov-22 cpf gives you no interests, but ocbc gives you 3.4% in nov22. When ocbc returns your money exactly dec 1st 23, you get dec-23 2.5% interests from cpf. No losses from both sides seemless.

Return on 1st of the month means no cpf interest for that month?

2 strategies, 1) put in ocbc FD instead, ocbc will withdraw money from cpf exactly 1st of the mth and returned it 1st of the mth to cpf, no loss of interests. Only thing is interest only 3.4% but hassle free, you no need to remember manual refund too
2) Bid for 1yr Tbil in Jan or Apr, you get 12 mths of interests losing 2mths impact of the interests gain more than loss, and remember to trigger manual refund to cpf 😜

The dates very unfriendly to those who want to use OA to apply. Can lose up to 2 months of interests .

👍 👍 👍 Good calendar, it doesn't say not applicable to retail investors. I believe it for both retail and institutional investors to bid 😁
