Let's see and it seems positive. Look out for reit also. If reverse in interest rate, reit yield is quite hike now and also the price almost covid time now or lower. Worth taking a look also.

Internationally mkt should start to calm down hence favour Singapore new projects launched, focus on new growth, more milk cows sectors. If continuation of SBB in 2023, it should not be the priority. The priority now is to build share holders confidence and the company's public image. How? Raise the share value from this rock bottom price. Just wait.
