Done by professionals. Audited by professionals as well. Even if the borrowers go busted, YFH can take the collaterals and sell it off to recover the loan. Thats how it works. You mean sell the collaterals can only get 10% worth of the valuations? But due to current china us trade war, all china asset assumed toxic and valued close to zero. that why YZJFH trade at cash value instead of asset value, but this year 90% of that toxic assets going to mature and converted into cash. All retail investor gonna hang on as china finally reopen and economy kick off, we all know china  Gona be bright spot from our own reopening experience, might be explosive growth as state owned banks  give full support to cheap loan to bothndomestic and private companies. Be patient guys and win big.

Once price broke 35.5c , all wake up and get shocked. Then they change strategy, blame CCP, blame Xi, blend Mr Ren and Mr Toe. Even blame long holders. Now price remains at 38, low volume, less shorting activity, they praise hard for 20c again. Know the mkt well, if mkt stops declining, high chance for its uptrend momentum. We need one asset: CASH Have a nice day.

Shipping unit had achieved it purpose, now be patient and wait for cash distribution from reduced DI portfolio since 90% matured this year. Capital reduction and eventual delist should be the focus this year. YZJFH listing exist to unlock value, once it done it delist as it is listed through introduction not IPO. 99% investors want it to delist as it do not had a viable fund establishment. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Full year results announcement getting nearer.....probably near end of this month. 1st half EPS was 3.45c (a 30% fall). 2nd half I expect further drop due to China situation. Let' s say, drop another 40%, EPS will then be 2.07c. So, full year will be 5.52c. 40% payout means DPU of 2.208c. If really very bad, drop 50%, means EPS only 1.725c. Total still got 5.175c. DPU will then be 2.07c. That' s why I said earlier, anything above 2c I will be happy already. Of course, above all my assumption only. Just read for fun la. Results maybe better or worst.
