Today company clarified that the proforma EPS post acquisition should be 4 53c. Based on the clarified pro-forma EPS of 4.53 cents, a reasonable target price range lies between S0.45 and S0.54, assuming a P/E multiple of 10x to 12x....bought some today... | ||||
