Some potential counters to watch. (Mid-Long Term - Potential half/double or multi baggers if really in favour by BBs ) 1) HS Optimus ($0.003/$0.004) Potential double/multi bag *INVESTMENT* - NAV : $0.012 - $11 mil cash on hand - Recent Full Year turnout to Profits from past 3 years losses - BBs forced Gap up happened on 23Nov20. - - SSH Lee Han Peng bought 888 lots in Dec 20. - last 2 fridays, $0.003 sold down but came back up strong. Signs of final flushing before a play History: - Brunei's Prince and current non-executive chairman,Abdul Qawi invested 500m placement shares $0.020 in Nov 2013. 2) Annaik ($0.077/$0.078) Potential half/double bag *INVESTMENT* - NAV : $0.21 - Consistent dividends paying company - recent share buy back as high as $0.078 in the past 1.5 months - yesterday insider bought some shares at $0.070 Seems like 2 rounds of accumulation already by the players. MACD will cross up. Getting more interesting. I for-see more players will get interested and begin to take notice and trade this one once they go above 8 series. Meantime, watchlist this one. Heavily undervalued counter and good theme for play. Good to note that company has been doing plenty of share buy backs in past 1.5 months (highest $0.078 - psychological safety net here) DYODD. To me, this investment is high probability win as long as can hold at these prices. |

Hey guys, I am back. Took a hiatus from SJ due to work commitments and juggling on tele instead but am back. Most of my picks here in the past 1 year turned double / multi bags within 6 months in fact. Covered the below counters in this thread (scroll below thread to verify) LHN $0.114 (over 4x as it hit High of $0.480) GKE $0.061 (almost 3x as it hit high of $0.179) Hanwell $0.19x (over 2.8x as it hit High of $0.535) Serial system $0.065 (over 2.5x as it hit high of $0.166) KOH Eco $0.043 (over 2x as it hit high of $0.088) Hope some of you guys Huated too! (As of 9th Oct 2020 - call made at $0.28/$0.285) Facts and figures: (Based on Poems 2.0 App) NAV: $0.2913 All time Low $0.225 All time High over $1 Gearing : 31.97% Business summary: Concrete / Cement related supplies (related to construction sector) Customer base: Mainly ASEAN. Reason for buy: - limited downside - expect construction segment to recover as contractors get used to new working requirements by MOM/BCA - catching up backlogs due to circuit breaker work stoppage and hence possible better upcoming results - spotted hidden buyers/buying in the $0.28 to $0.31 - evident decent size single order collector of 300 lots or more at $0.28 (9th Oct 2020) - 8th / 9th oct 2020 volume is higher than any of the other trading days in the past 6 months. - the current selldown looks like a liquidity play (volume creation) and also to test the main support of $0.28 - current trading at an area of value. - potential upside can be more than 50% easily within the next 2 years. - pre March crash, they were rallying up to $0.415 before dropping to low of $0.255 - have been in the tight range and Low volatility for some time and the bigger volume coming in is a good indicator of something bigger to come in near future - limited actual selling pressure at current price as most stuckist at the much higher prices would just hang on to their holdings - management (1st to 2nd Gen seems to have good business acumen) and track records in their businesses Vested 375 lots at average $0.285 DYODD (advisable for longer term investors to position into portfolio only, not suitable for trading as still quite illiquid at this price) |

ISOTeam - Watchlist and good time to enter due to Wuthelam holding last Friday deal to raise stakes to almost 60% worth $15.6billion, becoming the majority shareholder.
(FYI, the Wuthelam group is also a substantial shareholder of ISOTeam with slightly over 5% shareholdings) https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/business/singapore-wuthelam-group-nippon-paint-buyout-15-billion-sgd-13041014 (Currently, trading at $0.138) Stock Analysis ISOTeam (Below details extracted from POEMS) - Current Price : $0.141 - NAV : Approx. $0.20 - Business Summary: A/A upgrading, maintenance related, M&E services, coating & painting works, bike sharing (new venture) - Placed out new shares to Japan?s Taisei Oncho at $0.24 this year (At least 62,000,000 new shares this year to, raising more than $13.6 million so far) - Average Dividend : 2 to 3% - Gearing ration/ Debt to Equity : 22.10% - Recently Secured new contracts worth $32.5million in June (good sign amidst COVID19 situation) - Prior to above award, they have already secured order book of $106 mil in FY2020 - Company did 3 share buybacks this year at (200,000 shares @ $0.19x, 200 shares @ $0.155, 100,000 shares @ $0.12x) - In installation of solar powered related business sector too - Have Nippon Paint Singapore as substantial shareholder (Their past placement was as high as $0.50 or even more) Note: 1) At current prices, ISOteam looks to be trading cheaply at a massive discount, especially when compared to Taisei Oncho buying in at $0.24 2) Japanese companies tend to go by the book and with their investment into ISOteam, it shows they see potential and more importantly, they have seen the books and have surely conducted strict due dilligence in covered all aspects of business. This is actually quite assuring to any new retail investors who decides to invest in ISOteam. 3) Their business are mainly in maintenance/upgrading and bulk of their work is with the government (HDB/Town council) which helps as they would definitely paid end of the day. In addition, we can expect them to secure more contracts as many housing development are aging. Summary: 1) The sector that ISOteam is in are considered quite recession proof. However, the recent COVID19 situation has indeed put strain in their business as they are very dependent on foreign workers to carry out their works (If unable to work due to various reasons like dormitory shutdown, BCA requirement, it affects their ability to claim the contract sum) Nevertheless, it seems that government have taken better control in this area and we believe that most projects and work will resume eventually. 2) Investment from Japan company Taisei Oncho and company doing share buybacks a amidst COVID19 shows belief in ISOteam business capability to recover in time. 3) Nevertheless, price has been sliding down from most recent high of $0.189 (18th June 2020) and a better entry trigger would be once new bottom is found and price reverse back up strongly (look for bullish signal). This will be for a longer term investment play to be safe. 4) Target price : Easily $0.20 when market situation gets better and when news report shows construction sector going back to normalcy, along with most foreign workers going back to workforce. 5) The tricky part here is : what if the COVID19 worsens and work cannot normalise?

LHN is for longer term play.
As Long as you can hold, it is fine. If you do not intend to hold , then better not play this counter. It is more of a longer term investment type although short term, it might run as there have been some buying and married Trades to the founders couple weeks back at $0.106. If founders willing to buy, it says something. They know their company is worth much more but market just do not reflect it as of now.

But with announcement that Poh Piah King bought almost 600 Lots last Thursday at $0.205. This is an excellent sign for the counter as price will be supported well at $0.20 level. Hence, we expect further consolidation before a move north. Also, they are definitely making good money during the Covid period as people stock up groceries. Good things to come. DYODD.
