The Contract has an initial term of thirty-six (36) months, effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years. The total Contract value inclusive of the optional extension period is approximately S$21.2 million. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
