Outlook is gloomy and tenancy rate yet at the bottom. 3. Yes, now the yield is high ~9% due to price correction, but as long as DPU in down trend, the price will fall further.  4. IMO, I will be interested if the DPU is holding well, and better still increase DPU.

THE ONLY CATALYST IS A BUY OVER / MERGER OF SIMILAR REIT ONLY... so instead of sabana / esr reit merger... should be soilbuild/ esr merger The next CATALYST is maintaining and driving up DPU ..the sole and only purpose of reit Soilbuild can maintain 9% yield... nothing else can ask for
