Meanwhile, Kimly  continues to benefit from structural trends of hybrid work arrangements becoming increasingly prevalent (which supports footfall at heartland outlets) and growing demand for online  food delivery. We  also expect  sequential  earnings  recovery in 1H22F as footfall  recovers upon the easing of dine-in measures locally since Nov (currently at 5-pax cap). Kimly is also backed by net cash of S$71m as at end FY21 (14% of current market cap), which we think should contribute to continued outlet expansion of c.3 outlets per year, and sustainable dividend yield of c.4%. Reiterate  Add  with TP of S$0.56 for the    prime  heartlands player Reiterate Add and TP of S$0.56, pegged to  16.8x CY22F P/E (+0.5 s.d. from 5-year historical mean) in  view of the  group&rsquo s favourable growth prospects. Kimly remains our sector top pick. Potential re-rating catalysts include further easing of dine-in measures and accretive M& As. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	My cost is below 20.0 cts after taking in 3 years of dividends. The director' s affair didnt rattle me as it was not a case of cheating or stealing. He still hold 40% plus of the company' s share. I am still holding as i think the company is still very under valued compaired to most food companies. The management has been astutely acquiring coffeeshops and F& B assets mainly through a combination of cash and shares (usually with moratorium). One dampener on share price will be upon moratorium expiry and such shareholders wish to exit. Another dampener is the impending court hearing outcomes creating uncertainty. Bec of this reason, I an sidelined and waiting for a more opportune entry timing. [Just my thots. Dyodd as usual]

Can also expect a dividend of around 2.0 cents given that the ccompany has a dividend policy of distributing 50% or more og it' s profit. Above are just my guess. I could be wrong. Dyodd.   Why I am vested :   1. low valuation i) current p/e is around 12.4 X against historical p/e of 15.0 X ii) most related companies are trading at a much higher p/e   2. consistent good dividend yield i) consistant yield of above 4% since listing  ii) yield is among the highest in related companies   3) potential future growth i) revenue and profit have been growing in the past 3 years ii) current year (2021/2022) is likely to see further growth as it will reflect the full contributions of acquisitions made in 2020/2021. The contribution from Tenderfresh will also be reflected. Tenderfresh is a major acquisition. iii) company is committed to make further acquisitions as and when  opportunities occur.   4) sizable cash horde i) company is net cash, with a cash horde of $95.0 mil. ii) company is in the cash accretive business. The brokerage has started coverage on the coffee shop and food court operator with a " buy" call and target price of S$0.50, which is pegged to a 15 times FY2022 price-to-earnings ratio, which is the stock' s 5-year average. In an initiation report on Thursday (Nov 18), analyst Paul Yong said he sees Kimly as " an attractive buy" due to its undemanding valuations and decent FY2022 yield estimate of 4.7 per cent.
