Net profit for the six months ended 30 September 2025 reached S$531,000, reversing a net loss of S$499,000 in the prior period, mainly due to a S$1.07 million gain from the disposal of Rich Batam Private Limited.

 

Revenue plunged 75% year-on-year to S$222,000 as most construction and consulting projects neared completion.

 

Gross profit fell 72% to S$22,000, but gross margin improved slightly due to a higher proportion of subcontracting services with better margins.

 

Operating cash outflow for the period was S$322,000 cash and equivalents decreased to S$2.06 million.

 

Shareholder equity rose to S$2.43 million, while trade and other payables declined by 12% after project settlements.

 

No interim dividend declared, with ongoing focus on securing new business, strategies for sector uncertainties, and prudent resource management for future expansion.
