Fair value of this stock today should be worth at least $0.010. - Good that the company has little or no debt - Bad that the company is still making loss If you are punting this company to make some announcement on Vietnam&rsquo s Project (long overdue), then I would say $0.008 is a no brainer, even at $0.010 is considered cheap. However, if you believe that the company is going to report losses after losses, then even @ $0.008 will be &ldquo overvalue&rdquo one day.
