If I am correct, on 16 Nov 2020, Nico is suspended trading on SGX, and not delisted from SGX. The sitution is only waiting as both major shareholders are not coming up any exiting plan for shareholders. |

Nico Steel was Delisted on 16/11/20 and still no payment to shareholders and not even a single letter addressing to shareholder?s concern. My ~50million Shares are sunk in the Ocean Liao🥲 .
Almost 4 months liao, if the now ?pte ltd? company refused to comply with Listing Rule 1309 to provide exit offer within one month from the date of the Delisting Notification, what can SGX or the Govt do?

If have white knight, long long ago already have. They no need to go after VAM and dig own grave.
Check my earlier posting of warning this company and its business. The boss trumpet too much. If business is sustainable, no need trumpet. No need go for VAM and dig own grave.

Nice to see all the ill money made by VAM from other penny stocks all sunk with this ship to the deep ocean with never a hope of survival.
