I have a strong feeling that it will be a 2 for 1 to boost the float to 201mil, as the objective is to boost market liquidity and 134mil is still too small.
201mil is, however, still small but anything more than 2 the coy will likely have to call it a split instead of a bonus ... Typical mid Cap float > > 500mil to > 1Bil. The share price doubled within 3 weeks after a 1 for 2 ex-bonus in Apr 2017, with a 50% boost in market liquidity. This round, if indeed it is a 2 for 1 on the back of an ultra solid 2018 forward guidance, imagine what a 300% boost to the market liquidity can do .... Expect the explosive price actions all the way beyond the ex-date bonus !!! |
