TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS have gone through the books, plans of KOM and SCM. 2.  TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS are professional and thorough and did their due diligence 3. The terms and conditions of the proposed merger are firm 4. I think secretly, despite their public grumbling, many SCM minority SHs have sold their SCM shares and bought KC shares.  To me, selling SCM shares and buy KC shares is the wise thing to do. Just my opinion.
