According to the last financial report
NTA is 0.65 cents. So most likely 0.5x cents exit offer minus expenses and provided they can sell away their assets or recover trade receivable. But they may say they have difficulty to get rid of their assets or having problem getting back debts etc, and they may say the cash is used to pay debtors etc... in the end, exit without offer maybe possible. But there are ppl willing to bet that there will be a cash exit offer, so buying from market 0.2 cents, you get to earn if the exit offer is > 0.2 cents which is possible based on NTA of 0.65 cents |

Exit offer likely 50% of last taded price. at 0.002 that mean about 0.001. If many sell further down, to 0.001 than exit offer maybe a token amount at 0.0005 :( |

fyi guys NOTIFICATION OF DELISTING The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of Teledata (Singapore) Limited (the " Company" ) refers to the announcement dated 3 June 2014 (the " Announcement" ). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as in the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 3 June 2014. The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received a letter from the SGX-ST on 10 June 2014 (the " Letter" ) informing the Company that the SGX-ST remains uncertain whether the Revised Plan as set out in the Appeal is able to meet the requirements of Listing Rule 1314 for the removal of the Company from the Watch-List and therefore the SGX-ST will proceed to delist the Company. The Company is required to advise the SGX-ST of the exit offer proposal, no later than one month from the date of the Letter. At the delisting exercise the SGX has asked the co. how they are going to pay the shareholders....any exit offer??? Pls. refer SGX Annoucements. TOTAL LOSS.

SGX is not convinced with the rights plan and how the co. is going to operate. It has given the co. till the end of this month to trade shares and then DELIST. TOTAL LOSS on this investment.
