So it shouldn' t explain the recent market activity. Unless there are some new developments and the information is somewhat leaked??  What' s interesting is based on the RTO, the value of the new shares to be issued is $0.352 after a 2-to-1 considation. Based on today' s closing price, price after consolidation will be $0.16, which is a 54% discount from the vale of the new shares to be issued. That' s why I' m quite interested in this counter due to the large gap. But wanted to gather more info on the 40% price crash.
