x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	wonder with the elites in temasek, why should they let the price slide from 0.20 to now 0.125? what rationale, if they had sold prior to the announcement and buy now, they would have made tons based on over 45% majority share holding Can anyone analyse why this is so? our opposition parties will come hard on them for this fiasco and if there is any particular agenda we all do not know!

If you look at the SMM presentation (which is available to anyone on the SGX website) you can see that SMM clearly states that Temasek intends to keep the combined entity (i.e. KOM and SMM) as a listed vehicle. So by implication it will ask for a waiver of the mandatory general offer. You think if they ask then SGX will say no
