I'm surprised that Ezra has held back from the announcement for so long when many are already listed to have declared a deadline to merge. Unless they are confident that the share price will bounce back above $0.20 within next few months. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Will oil drop to US$30 or bounce to US$80 in 2016 ? Almost all signals are still negative for Oil. However, oil market is more than driven by economic but also politic and significantly business strategy by OPEC. Anything can turn around anytime by sudden change of strategy. Note that consuming countries such as US and China and even Japan are stockpiling to the brim while the prices slide. The last year high for Ezra was $0.545 and $1.245 over 2 yrs. Are the good days forever gone ? Big question is whether Ezra will be able to survive and if so then it is a matter of timing. However, the impact of alternative energy will have significant impact on the demand for fossil energy such as coal and oil. The recent signing of global agreement to fight global warming will push for more investment into alternative energy. Will companies such as Ezra diversify ?
