Price will decide.... Just like Osim... If SIA drop too much to say 2...temasek might decide lets delist it 1st (privatise), and list it again in future 5 - 10yrs later. To preserve value of company.

I recall even major share holder didn' t even want to fully sub MCB. WHO WILL DO THAT?given that u know temesek will take any left over up.

Hey paper loser, so price up because MCBs coming? So buyers coming in to be entitled to MCBs?
2 days back, SIA reported that it will TRY to defer capital expenditure to improve cashflow. So this is 1 reason for price move up abit. With daily cashburn and SIA staff walking around singapore telling people to wear masks, the price will crash again. Next qtr will reflect the impairment loss on existing planes.

1) Are you sharing your thoughts or assumptions? 2) I am not part of govt so I wont know their intention, how about you? 3) Of course they need shareholders approval for most of major decsions (incl. issue of rights etc). So if Temasek who owns > 50% of SIA decided on something, which shareholders can stop them? Lastly, this forum is about sharing of views, opinions etc., things that sounds like nonsense to you may make sense to others.

Don't be greedy.
Recovery is very slow and vaccine only comes earliest next year. Result will be bad and share price won't be forgiving. Trade with prudence and DYODD |

Temasek will never sell SIA to anyone even if it continues to bleed. Other airlines in the world can file for bankruptcy like Virgin Alantic, etc but not SIA.

Full year result should be negative which will be out next year.
