x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Board considers it appropriate to issue a profit guidance with respect to the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30 November 2015 (the ?1Q FY2016 Results?). The Board is of the view that the 1Q FY2016 Results will show a net loss as compared to earnings recorded in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The expected net loss is mainly attributable to the continuing depressed state of the oil and gas industry which has impacted activities in the global offshore marine and subsea industry. Details of the Company?s financial performance will be disclosed when the Company announces its 1Q FY2016 Results, which is scheduled to be released on 14 January 2016. In the meantime, shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. By Order of the Board Yeo Keng Nien Company Secretary 8 January 2016

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I only wonder what is the transportaion and extraction cost (excluding drilling and exploration) per barrel for their customers deep sea oil wells. Off shore producers blood letting will start if oil prices drop below extraction costs and they can' t even cover the running costs of the oil wells, not mentioning the massive debt incurred during the exploration and drilling phase.

Need to sell more assets to generate cash but there are no buyers. But most of their ships are already sale leaseback. Dried up all resources to borrow I suppose??????????????

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Besides the usual concern with oil prices and cancellation of orders, the bigger concern with Ezra is their plan for compliance with the $0.20 MTP ruling. It has until Mar before it will be put on watch list. Given that it is not making losses for last few years, it has a good chance if it applies to be transferred to Catalyst board to buy time. Alternative to share consolidation which may mean more than 2 to 1, it has up to 3 years to stay on the watch list before being forced to be delisted.

I'm surprised that Ezra has held back from the announcement for so long when many are already listed to have declared a deadline to merge. Unless they are confident that the share price will bounce back above $0.20 within next few months.
