just answering the poster question. nobody is saying the current rise is due this old announement. one of the reasons for the rise could also be some shorted using borrowed shares and need to cover back.

likely they need to be sure previous mcp JV platform (PT MCP Indo Utama) are still integrated, example is MCP Thailand, the JV flows with Ox as long mcp regional JV platforms are still intact (m' sia, indon, thai) Ox can move ahead with cross-border payment network with various entities |
