Requote my earlier post: Theres an error in my posting as one kind soul here PM me about the NAV of Chasen. It should be 23.9c instead of 18.9c . After the annoucement of the contracts won, i expect Chasen NAV to rise to 25.0c . Thanks. |

Singapore, 14 February 2018 &ndash SGX Mainboard-listed Chasen Holdings Limited (&ldquo Chasen&rdquo or the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), an investment holding company with subsidiaries in Specialist Relocation Solutions, Technical & Engineering services and Third-Party Logistics, is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries in Malaysia, Vietnam and the Peoples&rsquo Republic of China (&ldquo PRC) had recently secured four projects worth approximately S$11.4 million. The Malaysia and Vietnam relocation projects are for a US solar manufacturing MNC. The Malaysian project valued at MYR6.6 million (approximately S$2.2 million) was awarded to our Penang-based subsidiary Chasen Logistics Sdn Bhd while our Ho Chi Minh City-based subsidiary Chasen Transport Logistics Co., Ltd secured the Vietnam project worth US$1.3 million (approximately S$1.7 million). The existing Malaysian solar plant is currently producing the Series 4 panels, while the new plant will be an upgraded production line similar to the Vietnam plant producing the bigger size Series 6 panels. The move-in of the Malaysian plant commenced late October 2017 and would be completed in May 2018 while the Vietnam plant started the move-in in January 2018. The project is expected to be completed in July 2018. Both projects also involved the uncrating, rigging, marking and positioning of the machinery and tools on the manufacturing floor. Over in PRC, our Chuzhou-based relocation subsidiary, Chasen Hi-Tech Machinery Services Pte Ltd had secured two projects worth a total value of RMB36 million (approximately S$7.5 million). The first project valued at RMB16 million (approximately S$3.3 million) is to provide services for rigging and move-in cum positioning of tools and equipment for the pilot line of an 11th Generation TFT LCD manufacturing plant in Shenzhen. The project would commence in February 2018, and would take four months to complete. This would be China&rsquo s and the world&rsquo s first 11th Generation TFT LCD plant. The second project is to manage the temporary warehouse and move-in of equipment for a 6 th Generation AMOLED plant in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. This RMB20 million (approximately S$4.2 million) project would run from April to November 2018. Commenting on the latest secured book orders, Mr. Low Weng Fatt, Managing Director and CEO of Chasen Holdings said, &ldquo The ability of our overseas specialist relocation subsidiaries to secure these projects is a testimony of our customers&rsquo continuing confidence in Chasen&rsquo s Specialist Relocation Solutions capability. Press statement by Chasen CEO. The company will financially secured through 2019. Definitely worth more than 0.07 for me. Those with deep pockets can accumulate for Short to Medium term profits. good luck.

There are actually quite a number of small cap companies that are doing decently well once they restructured. Chasen saw the opportunities and now have successfully turn the company around to focus logistics and 3rd party assemblying. This has brought confidence to her clients and thats why i expect more contracts to be announced this year from china to vietnam. At 0.07, it is too heavily discounted. I believed this is one of those stocks where a 100% return within one year is achievable.

I would say buy today . When Props are back next Monday , the price will not be this cheap I supposed . Based on CEO?s statement , these contracts will contribute positively to Chasens profit for the year .

I did say about Chasen getting contracts so those who have bought in can remain positive about Chasens future . As long as they are winning contracts and providing the dividends this stock will come under the radar of LT investors . It?s hard to ignore companies who have a sound management like Chasen . I would say 0.07 is really too cheap for an undervalued company like Chasen . It?s nav should rise to above 0.20 based on the new contracts won .

Announcement : Chasen has just secured $11.4 mil worth of contracts which will contribute positively to its earning ! Huat ah Chasen ! If this counter keep on with winning contracts like this , it should be a multi Agger stock soon . I will expect the company to be performing well going into the future . | ||||

They have been giving dividend every single year and without fail I have received them. Right now their projects are bringing in the money and there should be more contracts announcement soon for projects won in Vietnam USA and Malaysia . | ||||

Be wary about dividend since CEO said don' t look at share price, for all you know it may be dumped to $0.05 then it will make dividend looks very good. Maybe if you buy around now not much to drop but hard to say. |

I have been getting dividends for many years . It?s a stock with stable management and now has the potential to be a multi bagger as her management has managed to bring the company forward to be a big logistic and engineering player . The recent results show the potential of Chasen . At the current price of $0.07, it is very undervalued . It has a NAV of 18.9 c and the nav is poised to go up when the coming FY come to a close . I agree with Joseph that we should be expecting better dividends this year . I would rate it as a buy now before it gets more expensive .

They do. current dividend is about 1.2%. Some years they give dividend of up to 0.6 cts which gives a yield of 8 plus % on current price of 7.2 cts. |

As expcted, Chasen report another set of good result. 1. revenue for the 9 months ending dec ' 17 up 25% from S$73.9 to S$92.5 mil. 2. profit up from S$1.6 to S$3.4 mil. Up by 112% 3. management comments also positive ... a) Our Specialist Relocation Business Segment continues to secure new projects b) Our newly established USA operation also succeeded in securing business c) The Group expects its Southeast Asia-PRC cross-border traffic to continue its growth d) Recently secured projects by construction related business in the Technical and Engineering Business Segment are expected to commence by the end of the current financial
