They need a bigger contract win and also showed investing public tat vis a vis Q/Q comparison hv improved. But the recent developments of cash depletion is a red flag to me. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SMM rights is coming at 0.08 and brokers such as OCBC have set target prices closer to that level. We will be heading towards those levels, no surprise in price drops as its expected, Short sellers know they can sell any volume now and buy back at 0.08 using the rights if they hold a few shares. And the long term holder also know its better to cut losses now and buy back lower. So overall the pressure is downward.  we have just ended Q2, expect results by early august and sure enough the results are going to be as expected, a losss of around 100 -125 million due to lockdowns and lack of staff. Which is also a short term negative for the stock.  The turn-around will be based on one of two outcomes, an announcement of a decent contract win (or) a mandatory offer by TH, which will be after the rights issue. SCM management maybe under pressure to come out with a contract win news IF they require smaller shareholders to buy into the rights, solely to make the 0.08 cents rights attractive.  As far as SCM is concerned, 1.5B is a guaranteed outcome as long as rights proceed. So the prospects for shareholders greatly improve Immediately following the rights issue. You either have an offer from TH with will be innthe range of 50-75% above the trading price at the time (or) you have a company actually sitting on 1B in cash to keep it afloat foe atleast 6 quarters with a prospect of a newly merged O& G company, so personally I would subcribe to the rights but at this point would let the price drop as close to the rights as possible before venturing to accumulate this counter.

Measuring 316m in length and 54m in width, the FPSO P-71 is capable of handling 150,000 barrels of oil per day and six million standard cubic metres of natural gas in operation. It has a storage capacity of 1.6 million barrels of oil and can accommodate 160 people. The vessel is expected to be delivered in the last quarter of 2022.
