SgT17, I hear you. But the notion that FR is waiting for a higher level to sell is low on the order of possibilities. If that happens, I would think it is mere coincidence. This is because KE is a small part of their portfolios of funds and selling at 10% or 20% is insignificant in the overall scheme of things. Besides, FR has already shown their cards - people know how low and how much it is willing to sell. FR is probably more concerned with liquidity than price. Anyway, many people are watching, both on oil price and the actions or inactions of FR. | ||||

If FR didn't sell, means they could have an agenda on their hand already. Either finding a big buyer to diversify out with a reasonable price both parties agreed, since prices already at so low from 15cts sold down to 9cts. Or, they could be waiting for recovery to step in, be it through rising oil prices pushing up Kris energy share price or better results in the coming quarters. Many ppl are on the sidelines as they are wary of FR holding onto about 26% of total KrisEnergy shares in case they dump again. But, if FR don't sell, these ppl are actually missing the Bull run soon or later. Some may have started to accumulate recently as volume definitely increases much, whether involving FR or not, we shall need to see if any announcements by SGX. This week will be crucial to see if the Bull continue as Oil prices moves for the new year. BTW, we know, both the Ceo and Cfo have received 144,000 over shares rewards. Higher the share price, highly they profits from it as well. Will they let their own boat draft down the ocean or ride the waves up? Let's see.

There were 21m shares traded today and the closing was remarkably strong, ending at the high of the day. Yet there isn' t any share sale announcement by FR this evening. After selling at nearly a 1%-point per week, FR went into a hiatus since 21 Nov. Since I expect the guys in FR to be back at work and selling KE shares, which isn' t what we observed today, it is plausible that FR has found alternatives to selling their entire stake into the market. I would imagine the trading actvities and pattern tomorrow to be broadly similar to today if my inferences are correct. | ||||

I' m also flying for work ... for a 2-week business trip though. So, selling due to flying is not a good excuse for selling my dear Kris. My intuition is telling me we would get the epiphany about the FR' s stake.
