Huataarrhh      ( Date: 17-Mar-2020 11:21) Posted: Maybank KE Research Malaysia has imposed a movement control order, which bar citizens from going overseas and foreigners from entering the country for two weeks from 18-31 Mar. All businesses will be closed except for those involved in essential services such as water, electricity, energy, telecommunications, transport, oil, petrol, safety and defence. Within our tech coverage, Venture, AEM and UMS all have extensive production footprint in Malaysia, and could also be reliant on local suppliers. Maybank KE estimates that Venture, AEM, and UMS' FY20e earnings could take a ~5% hit assuming their entire businesses (ie group-wide, not just Malaysia operations) are affected for 10 days. We applied our sensitivity on a group-wide basis because we are unsure how disruptive the Malaysia lockdown is on the Singapore operations of these companies, especially from the perspective of labour and components. If the lockdown is lifted by the end-Mar, and if Singapore does not go into Dorscon Red, we believe there is room for these companies to catch up on lost production time over the next two quarters. *Venture: Malaysia is estimated to contribute ~60% of group production. While Venture has global sourcing capabilities, and a good track record of having sufficient inventory, we believe its reliance on Malaysian resources (e.g. supply chain and labour) is quite material. *AEM: Malaysia production footprint is smaller than Singapore. However AEM is fairly reliant on fabricated parts from Malaysia and Singapore. As AEM' s facilities are operating at utilisation rates, there may be limited scope to transfer production from Malaysia to Singapore. *UMS: Volume production has been largely moved to Malaysia. As a comparison, its Malaysia manufacturing facility is 500,000 sf vs Singapore' s 140,000 sf. We believe 1Q20 performance may now be materially affected by the Covid-19 situation, as prior delivery delays of 1-2 weeks may now be extended due to the Malaysia lockdown. Pending further clarity from management, there is no change to our ratings and TP for now. The house still maintains Buy on Venture (TP: $18.23), AEM (TP: $2.82) and UMS (TP: $1.13)

Are u going to slowly count and look through everything?  but then sentiment is bad, very bad. How to push up or maintain? All will need go down. Then the bull can resume again.

So corona virus or whatever, all stocks will fall. Cause if market fall as in so many stocks affected, why not just reset whole stock market? The drop in many companies will affect such that it will create such a very bearish feel that leads good companies to fall. hence need a reset of everything.  $370m in 2018, $363m in 2019. At ROA of 11. Is that bad?? U know even what ROA means

Nobody know what it looks like today or 6 months forward except maybe for the senior management in Ventrure Corp themselves. Market is pricing in the fact that Venture will also be impacted by the Coronavirus per the broad market. These stocks did not correct and all stay sky high. Now it' s their turn. lucky thing is that venture maintain high earnings or it will go less than $10 in correction. but I m still waiting for it go $12/$13/$14 as everything will be relative and have to drop more.
